The Japanese’s Warring States period - Tokugawa Ieyasu ~ The Alexander Articles

Join us this week for our triumphant return! Tim and Derek travel east to a time of heroes and legends, the Sengoku Period of Medieval Japan, to discuss the life and deeds of the third and perhaps greatest of the Three Great Unifiers of Japan: Tokugawa Ieyasu. The platonic Shogun, a great general and even greater statesmen, join us as we follow the ceaseless rise of the founder of the Tokugawa Dynasty, all the great battles and sordid political intrigue, alongside other famous figures of the time, such as Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Tokugawa's legendary ninja vassal Hattori Hanzo.

This weeks Rules are as follows for those who wish to play along with Derek and Tim
1. Every time Derek skims over a whole ass battle – 1 sip
2. Every time our subject changes his name – 3 sips
3. Every time somebody commits ritual suicide - shot
