In this chilling episode, Tim reminds Derek of the recording he listened to during which 900 people die as we delve deep into the haunting tale of Jim Jones. Jim Jones was a famous civil right leader and a religious leader who ended up starting his own cult called the people temple. He abused his role within his cult to abuse his congregation both physically and sexually. Jones grew more paranoid as the years passed which lead to him manipulating his congregation in the drinking cyanide laced Flavor Aid killing 900 members of the peoples temple.

Anytime Jones does something shitty and justifies it with religion - 3 sips
